Moderate Everyday Stretches

This is the fourth in a series of stretch instruction sheets that we have published. This batch of stretches are designed to be everyday stretches of moderate difficulty recommended by our massage therapists. Focusing on these stretches on a daily basis may increase flexibility and decrease tension and pain.

Stretching on a regular basis is a great way make the benefits of massage last long past your time in the treatment room.

Click here for stretches that are great if you work at a desk all day. These are great if you have a tense neck or back from too much computer work. Your massage therapist will be happy to make additional recommendations the next time you are in milk + honey.

One of the best things to keep your muscles limber and relaxed is to stretch frequently. We’ll be periodically featuring stretch forms that we’ve created to help our Spa Partisans feel their best between treatments.
