This is the seventh in series of stretch instructions sheets. This batch of stretches focus on stretches for your lower back that you can do on a daily basis and are recommended by our massage therapists. Focusing on these stretches on a daily basis may increase flexibility and decrease tension and pain.

    I LOVE your stretch forms!!! I am a dance teacher and the printouts are amazingly helpful in the classes that I teach. I love the pictures along with the descriptions. Thanks so much for posting them online!
