Moderate Everyday Stretches

This is the fourth in a series of stretch instruction sheets that we have published. This batch of stretches are designed to be everyday stretches of moderate difficulty recommended by our massage therapists. Focusing on these stretches on a daily basis may increase flexibility and decrease tension and pain.
