why my mom is the best
my mom has moved away from her entire family, the place she grew up, and the area she loved so that my father could pursue his career. she works many jobs while also being the one to primarily take care of the kids every day and every weekend for 9 months all by herself. In the summer, she takes us to our activities and to the pool every day. She takes us on vacation every summer alone, driving over 1200 miles each way. She helps us with our school work, projects and studies with us for tests so we succeed. She spends 30 minutes every morning with my brother studying math facts. She takes care of us when we are sick. She always tells us she loves us, even though we rarely let her know how much she means to us. She tries to teach us things like being happy and content with what we have, to work hard and to always stay weird. There is nothing my mom wouldn’t do for us.
