Your Membership Just Got Better: Introducing milk + honey Rewards

Milk money got a makeover – it’s now part of our new and improved Premium milk + honey Rewards program. Your loyalty deserves the best, and we’ve upgraded your benefits to make every moment with us even more rewarding. Check out the FAQs below to see what this means for you!

• What is the milk + honey Rewards Program?
  • The milk + honey Rewards Program rewards you for being a loyal customer. It’s free to join and you earn points for every spa, salon, med spa or product purchase made at milk + honey. Enrolling in milk + honey Rewards comes with exclusive welcome savings ($10) and perks. You can upgrade to a premier membership where you pre-pay into a wellness bank and get discounts on every service or product purchase.

• What’s changing with the new program?
  • With milk + honey Rewards, you can now earn points for every purchase you make, whether it’s products or services. You will also be earning a more exclusive birthday discount, an anniversary gift, and access to boost events where your points go further – all while staying on your same monthly price. 

• How do I sign up?
  • No need to sign up for milk + honey Rewards! If you are a signature or lux milk money member, you get all the new perks at your same monthly price. If you are an ultimate member, you will also get all the new perks with the same monthly price with the exception of the family plan and monthly gift. If ultimate members (and any other members) would like to upgrade to get access to monthly gifts and the family plan, you will need to upgrade to get on the new price point. You can do so by contacting our reservations team.
    

• I’m an Ultimate member, does that mean I now get access to a family plan and a monthly gift?
  • The family plan and monthly gift are only available for Ultimate members paying the new monthly deposit price of $249. If you are an existing milk money Ultimate member paying $199, you do not get access to these perks. If you would like to upgrade to our new Ultimate plan, please contact our reservations team.

• How do I earn milk + honey Rewards points?
  • By signing up for milk + honey Rewards, you’ll earn 1 point for every dollar spent on milk + honey products and spa, salon or med spa services – plus a welcome bonus gift of 200 points ($10). You’ll also get 500 points ($25) for referring a new guest.

• Why did my points amount change?
  • We’ve made it easier for you to track and understand your points. No more guesswork – now, every point brings you closer to exclusive rewards. 200 points = $10. So while the amount of points in your account may have changed, the value of them remains the same.

• Why do I have to join milk + honey Rewards to earn points now?
  • We’ve upgraded our reward program to include better perks – like earning points for every purchase you make and getting access to boost events which let your points earn even more value. To be able to qualify for these upgraded perks, you have to opt in through our new enrollment system.

• If I don’t join milk + honey Rewards will I get to keep my points?
  • Yes, you’ll get to keep your points! However, you won’t be able to earn any points moving forward. Becoming a member is free, and easy to do! Sign up here.

• What are boost events?
  • Boost events are exclusive milk + honey Rewards events where your points earn even more value.

• How do referrals work?
  • Give $25, get $25. When you refer a new guest to milk + honey, you get 500 points ($25) and they get $25 off their first service. To refer a new guest, go to your profile and select the “Refer a Friend” tab to locate your unique referral link. When your friend books an appointment with that link, completes their appointment, and checks out, you will receive 500 points.

• What is the monthly gift?
  • If you are an Ultimate member, you are eligible to receive (1) members-only gift per month. These gifts rotate each month and you must go to a milk + honey location during that month to receive your monthly gift; we will not ship them. If you miss a month, unfortunately, we will not be able to honor previous months. You can only receive the ‘active’ gift each month.

• What is the family plan?
  • If you are an Ultimate member, you can add up to 2 additional “add-on” members to your account. Those add-on members will be able to utilize your membership discount and your membership funds on their milk + honey in-location purchases (without you having to be there). Only the primary account-holder will be eligible for the monthly gift and anniversary gift.

• If I am on the family plan, who gets the Ultimate member perks?
  • You will have access to the membership discount, wellness bank, dedicated concierge line, guest pass, birthday discount, and early access to sales. Only the primary account holder of the family plan will receive the anniversary gift and the monthly gifts.

• Can I use my points with my Premium membership discount?
  • Yes! Points can be redeemed to discount your purchase in addition to using your Premium membership discount.

• Can I stack my discount?
  • Your Premium membership discount cannot be combined with any other discount, with the exception of your birthday discount and the anniversary gift. If there is a promotion that has a higher discount, you can decide which discount to use.
